Eli Apple calls out Mac Jones for 'soiled play' in Bengals win over Patriots on Christmas Eve

Tthe Cincinnati Bengals defeated the New England Patriots, 22-18, at Gillette Stadium on Christmas Eve. After the win, Bengals cornerback Eli Apple referred to as out Patriots quarterback Mac Jones for what he felt was a “soiled play.”

Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt was racing to the top zone off a fumble restoration, with members of each groups chasing behind him. As Apple went to assist clear the trail for Pratt and following him to the top zone, Jones intercepted, showing to fall into the legs of Apple.
